✶ SHIPPING ✶
✿ When is the next shop update?

    I have a shop update newsletter you can subscribe to via email which is sent out a week before the next shop update, sign up for it here! I also announce official dates through my Instagram and on the lock screen of my storefront when the shop is temporarily closed. All of my patrons get early access to the shop! ✿ When will my order ship?

    Orders are typically shipping within 3-4 business days. However, during shop updates I get hundreds of orders at a time and it can take around 5-8 business days (and sometimes longer) depending on the influx! I ship out orders once or twice a week in large batches at a time, your patience is greatly appreciated during shop update periods! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. Tracking usually takes 24 hours to update after shipping labels get printed and scanned by USPS. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email within 20 days after placing an order, please email me so I can manually send the tracking and keep you updated~ Some international orders are shipped through FedEx!

✿ How long does shipping take?
    Domestic orders arrive within 3-5 days afer shipping. International orders take around 2-8 weeks depending on where you are in the world. If you have not received your order for more than 30 days, please contact me with the name and number on your order!

✿ Where do you ship?

I ship worldwide! Please check the USPS website to see if your country’s postal service is accepting international mail. I am currently not shipping to the UK due to VAT complications (see section above regarding UK shipments)

✿ How much is shipping?
    Domestic shipping starts at $5 and International shipping ranges from $15-20. Packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or FedEx International (tracking included). The cost of shipping is determined by weight and distance + cost of packaging materials. All pricing is in USD. Shipping will automatically calculate in your cart after inputting your mailing address. I make no profit from shipping, the base shipping rates are provided by the carrier! Shipping upgrades are also available at an additional cost. Unfortunately, during the holiday season USPS increases their rates temporarily, so shipping costs will fluctuate around this time. If shipping is out of your budget, consider placing an order with a friend to split the cost of shipping, or take a look at some of the digital products offered that don’t require shipping!

✿ I need to change/edit the address!

    No problem! As long as you email me within 24 hours I will be able to revise the mailing address~ Failure to contact me to correct the address will result in packages being sent to the wrong address or returned to my PO Box.

✿ Can I combine orders?

    I would be more than glad to combine orders if it's placed around the same time frame and shipping to the same address! Please email me within 24hrs of your order so I can partially refund/adjust the shipping costs and send your order as one package! Please do not DM me or ask to combine orders in the order notes! Emailing me will guarantee your order combination!

✿ Can I create a customer account?

    Yes! You can create a customer account here. By making an account, you can save your shipping and payment information securely through my website. I highly reccomend creating an account before shop updates to save time when checking out! That way you won't have to fumble with manually inputting your information and having an item go out of stock before you get the chance to complete your purchase! You can always edit your info and have multiple addresses/payment methods saved. You can login to your account at the top of my website navigation!

✿ International Customs Fees/Duties/Taxes
    Usually, international packages will make it through customs just fine, but depending on the value of your order, it may be held in customs until cleared (this can vary based on your country). All orders shipped to the EU will get held in customs before being cleared (see section above regarding EU shipments).Please understand that if you are an international customer, you are responsible for paying any customs fees/duties/taxes once it reaches your country in order to retrieve your package. This means keeping tabs on your order and checking the tracking so it doesn’t accidentally get returned to me due to being neglected at customs! I highly suggest including your phone number when filling out the shipping info so your local post will contact you when it arrives at your country!

✿ My order got returned to you!

    If your order got returned to me due to an invalid address or being abandoned at customs, customers will be responsible for paying additional shipping to re-send it to the correct address.

✿ Stamped Sticker Mail!

    If your order contains exclusively stickers, you will have the stamped sticker mail option pop up at checkout! Sticker mail gets sent in a stamped envelope and has NO tracking! Shipping for sticker mail is $3 within the US and $4 for international orders. There may be some limitations on quantity (extremely thick envelopes can't get processed) in which event I will have to contact you about shipping them via USPS First Class, but anything below 10 stickers should be just fine! Sticker mail takes around 1-2 weeks to get delivered domestically, and 2-4 weeks internationally. Please note that if your order contains anything other than stickers, the sticker mail shipping option will disappear. I cannot offer a replacement on orders sent via stamped mail, so please keep that in mind! Thank you ♡

✿ Can I cancel/return/exchange my order?

    When placing an order, please be mindful about what products you hope to treasure until the end of time! I do not accept returns/exchanges. Please double check sizing charts when purchasing apparel! The only circumstance in which I can cancel and refund an order is if the same order is accidentally placed twice. I am also not responsible for any damaged packages, I pack every order with intense care to ensure it arrives safely to you. Should you have any issues with your order upon arrival, reach out to me with your name and order number so we can resolve it together! ♡

✿ Something is wrong with my order!

    My deepest apologies! This is a very rare instance, but I’m also a human, so I might forget to pack an item or accidentally send you a different product! Make sure to double check the mailer, sometimes items can get wedged into the bottom corner! Please email me if there is anything missing/incorrect in your order once it arrives, and I will happily replace it!

✿ Shipping Upgrades/Lost or Stolen Package

    Once your order is dropped off at USPS, it is officially out of my control! Orders are shipped via First Class Mail which is the cheapest way to ship, however it does not come with insurance. If you've had a history of packages being lost or stolen at your address, consider adding a shipping upgrade to your order! Signature confirmation is available for domestic orders at $2.90 and shipping insurance for both domestic + international orders at $2. It's just a few dollars extra but it can save the heartache of a lost or stolen package, especially when it's traveling a great distance! Unfortunately, if your package is lost or stolen I cannot offer a replacement/refund since those circumstances are truly out of my control ☹︎

✿ Do you offer gift wrapping?

    Yes! I offer a gift wrapping service for $5, this service can be found here. Make sure to add it to your cart with the rest of your order before checking out!

✿ Screen/monitor color difference

    I make sure to photograph and edit my product photos as closely to the actual color of the product! However, each screen/monitor is different and the colors may seem slightly different face to face. For originals and handmade goods, there may be slight variations in color due to the paint batches, but rest assured you will receive a similar product. Risograph prints are much more fluorescent in real life!

    This tends to happen if you are checking out on your phone!Just send a screenshot of your order (or your name and order #) to my email and I can manually send you the digital files~

✶ PRODUCTS, PACKAGING, & SUSTAINABILITY ✶

✿ My pledge for sustainabilty

    I care about the impact I leave on this earth, including the artwork from my doorstep to yours. Running a business can create waste, so I make sure that my packaging is either made of recycled content, recyclable, or compostable! All paper scraps and even the backing paper of my shipping labels get recycled in my studio or reused for cushioning orders! Digital goods require no shipping! I maintain a majority of my production within the US and do plenty of research to find the right manufacturers to work with that align with my values. I will do my best to source production locally within the limitations I have as an individual that operates a small business ♡ If you're feeling curious about where I get production done, I mention them throughout my vlogs!

✿ Eco-Friendly Packaging
    The goal of my shop is to be plastic free! Orders ship in paper-based mailers that can be recycled or composted (including the shipping label). Often, I will send orders out in reused bubble or kraft mailers that have entered my home! Any plastic that comes with your order bubble wrap/mailers + cellobags are reused! Usually, I will reuse cellobags for international orders to avoid any water damage since they travel great distances. Prints are packaged in glassine bags which provide water resistance and are 100% recyclable! I use paper or washi tape to seal packages and envelopes. I encourage you to prioritize reusing any materials before recycling it! The rigid mailers I use are pretty sturdy and can be used over and over again (it's like the sisterhood of traveling packages!) Some items like acrylic charms have shrink wrap/protective films that need to be discarded. Backing paper of vinyl stickers and washi product labels are non-recyclable and need to be discarded.

✿ What is B-Grade?
    B-Grade is what classifies a flawed product (such as a misprinted item). Some B-Grade items have a lot of character to them, and are unique in nature. I like to sell B-Grade products at a discounted price rather than throwing them out completely, by doing so it can get a second chance at a new home!
